Please give generously:

The more you give the more we can divide among the nominees. You decide the size of the Tolstoy Peace Prize.

Why should you give?

Tolstoy Peace Prize is not financed by big corporations nor by influential individuals - it is financed by you, internet users. That is the only way it can remain neutral and objective. The more you donate, the more can be divided among the nominees. That's why you should donate generously. Thank you, the laureates thank you.

Why Tolstoy Prize?

- because the Nobel Prizes have never been awarded on the basis of merit but on the basis of political interests.

Even worse, the Nobel Peace Prizes have been awarded with the intention to bring about political instability and upheaval. What right does the Scandinavian committee have to decide what is best for other nations and for other cultures? What do they really know about the world beyond their borders?

At the same time, the Nobel committee has failed or ignored:
1) the systematic genocide and annihilation of the minorities on their doorstep,
2) the state organized massacres of innocent civilians in so called "western democracies" - to achieve political objectives,
3) the pretense of "free elections" and the death of real democracy in "western democracies" (which are in fact pseudo-democracies),
4) political oppression in "western democracies" by framing political opponents with "non-political" charges (drug trafficking, pedophilia, rape, sexual offenses...) in order to pretend that they do not have political prisoners,
5) the Nobel Peace Prizes have been awarded, in the past, to political leaders who have promoted wars and state terrorism,
6) The scientific Nobel prizes have ignored or minimized the contribution of inventors and researchers living outside of a select group of "western democracies".
